Ticket Refunds is an independent company which specialises in customer refunds and reimbursements. We do not have details of your ticket purchase since this was made through a ticket agent or venue.

Why can I not upload my email confirmation?

For security and compatibility reasons, we can only accept emails that have been saved as a pdf or jpeg. This helps us process your documents safely and consistently.

How do I convert my email into an accepted file type?

If your confirmation is an email, you can:

Any costs you incur in preparing or submitting your refund application will not be reimbursed. Only the ticket price and any eligible associated fees, excluding the Ticket Protection fee, may be refunded.
You understand that submitting a fraudulent or deliberately exaggerated refund application may constitute a criminal offence and could result in prosecution.
If your refund application is approved and paid, the tickets covered by the refund will be cancelled and will no longer be valid for entry.
