Before starting this process, please ensure you have the ticket booking confirmation email and supporting documents. We do not require your tickets.
This website will guide you step by step to submit a refund request, which should take 10–15 minutes to complete.
Currently, refunds are taking up to 7 days to process.
We are unable to process refund applications which are submitted more than 60 days after the event you have purchased tickets for.
To process a refund application, we must have supporting documentation of the incident to help us ensure refund applications are processed quickly and accurately so we can provide you with the best service.For sickness/illness/injury you can download our easy-to-use form and have your doctor stamp and sign it. Download Here For COVID You must provide either a time-stamped photo of Rapid Lateral Flow Test (home test kit) against a photo ID or piece of paper with your name on or a test result from a healthcare provider/test centre with your name and date of test shown. The test must be dated no more than 5 days before the date of the event.
