- Refund applications under the refundable ticket scheme must be received within 60 days of the performance date and time, any requests received after this deadline will not be processed.
- Only one order per customer per event purchased within any consecutive 28- day period can be submitted for refund
- The customer making the refund application must be the original purchaser of the tickets and will need to validate ownership of the original purchase (i.e. name, order number, e-mail address, etc.) when submitting the request.
- Any refund application found to be fraudulent will result in the refund being denied
- Only tickets purchased directly from the theatre participating in this ticket refund scheme will be eligible under the refundable ticket scheme, any tickets purchased via resale/ticket brokers or any other outlet will be ineligible
- All tickets will be verified as genuine and unused
