Please note we do not require your tickets to be uploaded so please do not upload as it slows our processing of refund applications

The full booking confirmation must be uploaded showing the event name, date, venue, payment, and purchase of ticket refund protection. Failure to do this will delay your refund application being processed and could lead to it being rejected. Please screenshot or convert to a PDF/Word document.

If you are not wanting a refund of the full order only state the number of tickets and value of the tickets you are wanting refunded. Make a note in the comments section to confirm this.

If you getting an error regarding the value of tickets you have put a £/€/$ symbol this field only takes numbers.
