Pre Claim Questions New

This short form will guide you through the refund application process, starting with some pre-claim questions to check your eligibility before filling out the full application.

To help us assess your request, please have your booking confirmation email and any supporting documents ready. We do not need your tickets.

Once submitted, refunds are currently taking up to 7 days to process.

Did the event you have tickets for occurr more than 60 days ago?(Required)

We are unable to process refund applications which are submitted more than 60 days after the event you have purchased tickets for. 

What is the reason you are unable to attend the event?(Required)

We are unable to process refund applications for reasons which are not covered under the Terms & Conditions.

To complete your application you'll need:

  • Your booking confirmation.
  • Supporting documentation that demonstrates why you couldn't attend the event.

Please note that all documents need to be saved as an accepted file type (jpg, png, pdf, txt, doc, docx, dot, dotx, jpeg.) Emails cannot be uploaded directly

What supporting documentation do I need?

You'll need documentation that supports the reason you're unable to attend. This will vary depending on your circumstances:

  • Ticket Holder or dependant family member illness/injury, or pregnancy: doctor's certificate, hospital letter, prescription, etc confirming the dates and nature of your incapacity/illness
  • Travel delay: confirmation of a delay from a public transport provider which details the cause, date and extent of a delay, official police report, insurance claim for vehicle damage, report from a roadside assistance service or a repair invoice
  • Adverse weather: confirmation from the meteorological office detailing the adverse weather or weblinks from a reputable national news outlet
  • Ticket Holder death or death of an immediate family member: death certificate/obituary notice/order of service
  • Armed Forces - unexpectedly and unavoidably called to duty: letter from your commanding officer confirming the call to duty showing the dates you will be away
  • Damage to Home/Place of Work: buildings insurer/loss adjuster's report or report from the emergency services advising you have suffered a burglary/fire/damage to your home/place of business in the 3 days before the event
  • Jury Service/ court appearance: jury/court summons
  • Ticket Holder Redundant/Relocated: letter from your employer confirming your redundancy/relocation.
Why can't I upload an email?

For security and compatibility reasons, we can only accept emails that have been saved as a pdf or jpeg. This helps us process your documents safely and consistently.

How do I convert my email into an accepted file type?

If your confirmation is an email, you can:

  • Upload a screenshot
  • Save or print the email as a PDF
  • Forward the email to pdfconvert@pdfconvert.me to receive a PDF copy. Please note this is free third party service, and we accept no liability.

Can you provide your booking confirmation and supporting documents in the required format?(Required)

To process a refund application, we must have supporting documentation of the incident to help us ensure refund applications are processed quickly and accurately so we can provide you with the best service.
